Grounded in Nature: Managing Stress Through Nature
Students and staff from Humber and UofGH are invited to visit the Arboretum for a student-led, stress-free afternoon of nature-themed art and meditation.
As part of their Community Health Nursing Placement, Humber Polytechnic 3rd Year Bachelors of Science in Nursing students are presenting an information session on the Benefits of Nature on Stress and Self Care, followed by a relaxing afternoon of creative activities in the Humber Arboretum.

Where:
At the Centre for Urban Ecology (U-Building). The Centre for Urban Ecology is the glass building with the red door in the Humber Arboretum. The Humber Arboretum is at the back of north campus, next to the residence buildings.
